AJ bien située mais pas de panneau d'indication ! on la cherche .. dommage Heures de déjeûner trop courtes et tôt (7h30-8h15) et même en période calme, la personne attend qu'on ait fini de manger - c'est absolument inacceptable ! je n'ai jamais vu un truc comme cela et pourtant je connais certaienemtn plus de 30 à 40 AJ dans le monde ! C'est le seul point négatif de cette AJ, mais je ne doute pas qu'il peut être changé !

les deux jeunes femmes qui s'occupent de l'accueil sont d'une gentillesse formidable,le monsieur de la maintenance est extremement dévoué lui aussi(il a accepter de garder mon sac à dos alors qu'il etait 11h et que l'auberge avait fermé à 10h.Le jh qui réside sur place et s'occupe de je ne sais quoi est tres désagréable.

We stayed in room 003 with no windows. If the back-door was closed at night, there wasn't any fresh air! We had an excellent supper - although we only booked super shortly before the supper was served - thanks to the staff, cook..

On July 27, we made a reservation to stay in your hotel from Aug.3 to 8. Now, we have changed our schedule and could not check in on time. The lady receptionist was very helpful, and she certainly had a busy schedule. But why so many idle, and not too friendly, people who apparently belong to the staff? Are those hostel jobs meant just to counter increasing taux de chômage?

Arrived at 5 pm, it says in the book that the hostel is open 7 am-11 pm, but it was closed. No sign with information of the opening hours. It turned out it is open from 6pm-10pm, would have been good to know. Also, had to pay a booking fee of €2,53 when I booked online, but they said at the hostel that I had only paid 94 cents, so had to pay full fee minus 94 cents. This system makes no sense. Why can't you have it like in Switzerland where you pay the full fee online? Much more convenient and efficient! Not impressed with the fact that in a room for 4 people, there is one hanger and no hooks, so nowhere to hang clothes. Great to have sinks in the room, but the towel bar was broken so nowhere to hang the towel.

some lockers outside the hostel would be good to leave stuff from the bagpack when hostel is not open.
