| Manager screams around. Not a good feeling staying there. There is no kitchen. The information in interent is wrong, which caused us some problems, cause we had chosen this place because of the kitchen and a fridge. | ||

| Awful. We had two bookings for one night each four days apart. We stayed there the first night, but four days later we were told we didn't have a booking despite having told them we would see them in four days. They were rude and indifferent, and said they would put us in a place closer to town. This was a flat lie-it was Michaels, which was 7km north of Larnaca-as the road sign said. This doubled the cost of a taxi to the airport and town, and Michael's didn't have a pool. Larco frankly did not care and they should have paid for our transfer to the airport-for which we also got ripped off as the driver charged us 25 Euros instead of the 20 the hotel manager quoted. Disgusted with the service and recommend you not use this hotel at all. The only thing is hotels are really expensive in Cyprus so if you're on a budget you have to put up with this rubbish. | ||

| At first we had complications because all their rooms were booked (although we had a booking) but then we got a nice and spacious apartment and they arranged everything we asked for. | ||

| Most staff were friendly but the lady at the desk when we checked in was not and was not very helpful or accommodating to our needs. There were 4 of us and we had booked a triple and single room. On arrival there were actually 4 beds in the triple (not stated on the website) but they would not let us cancel the booking for the single room.
Location is close enough to walk to some restaurants on the shore but you need a car to get to the city. | ||
