das hostel ist viel zu laut aufgrund der baukonstruktion, die preise für lake louise zwar günstig, insgesamt aber zu teuer, wir kommen nicht wieder an diesen ort

The overall cleanliness of the hostel was quite poor - dirt and garbage in the hallways and rooms. As well, one of the paper towel dispensers in the washrooms was not working - as had been the case in mid-August when I stayed at the Lake Louise hostel. This sort of thing should be attended to and not go unresolved for over a month! The Lake Louise hostel is a fabulous facility, but managers need to pay much closer attention to the day-to-day maintenance needed to keep it in proper condition. The place is beginning to look somewhat run-down and unkempt.

Das Hostel ist einfach klasse, kann ich jedem nur empfehlen. Gerade in dieser Gegend ist es immer schwierig ein günstige Unterkunft zu finden und das Hostel ist eine super Anlaufstelle. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da, aber es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Gibt bestimmt Hotels in der Gegend die nicht so schön sind. War super, beim nächsten Mal schlafen wir auf jeden fall wieder dort!!

Das nächste Mal würde ich gerne auch die Zimmer, die ich gebucht habe, bekommen. So könnten Unannehmlichkeiten vermieden werden.

The beds we had in our private room were really uncomfortable. I understand it's basic accommodation but it was $100, for which one could get other accommodation options.
