Unbedingt Oropax mitnehmen, die Lueftung ist sehr laut und man hoert jeden auf dem Gang.

The showers in a real jail would have to be cleaner for human rights.

Der besondere Flair des Jail-Hostels ist ganz bestimmt einen Besuch wert. Wer allerdings Wert auf eine ordentliche Matratze legt, sollte sich eine andere Bleibe suchen. Die Betten sind echt mies. Trotzdem empfehle ich einen (kurzen) Aufenthalt.

If you are looking for sound privacy, take into account that the bottom and top of each cell door is barred, not closed, so noise from all the cells goes out into the echoey corridor! Good brekky, interesting environment.

Das Hostel hat WLAN, doch auch mit Code nicht nutzbar. Lapidarer Kommentar an beiden Tagen: "Tut es eben machmal nicht." Auf weitere Nachfrage am nächsten Tag: "Keine Ahnung, warum das nicht geht. Technisch kennen wir uns nicht aus." Dabei blieb es - also kein WLAN, obwohl wir ein Laptop dabei hatten.
