Great front desk staff - extremely busy. The location was terrific. Would have appreciated someone who had the time to help book a tour as front desk staff seemed overwhelmed at times.

Die Matratzen müssen unbedingt ernuert werden...ich habe den ganzen Lattenrost in meiner Wirbelsäule gespürt. Ausserdem sollte es eine Möglichkeit geben, die Klimaanlage auszuschalten oder herunterzudrehen... Wenn man auf dem Hochbett oben schläft, kriegt man die volle kalte Ladung ab!!Und friert sogar in der Wüste von Alice Springs!

I don't understand why the man who received us make me pay as I wasn't a YHA member althoug I have written my YHA number card when I registered.. I payed 81,50 dollars for one night for 3 persons instead of 61.50, why?? I had booked by internet from France and I have chosen a shared room the cheaper as possible... Can you find the error with my YHA number card 020-0075143 ?? Thanks a lot for your attention, Magalie.

Great place with good facilities and good location for town. The bloke on the front desk could do with going on a customer relations course..

Biggest problem at this hostel was the flies - they are everywhere, even in kitchen and dining room.

The shower was not very clean and at night every where bugs. The last thing was not the fault of the hostel

I think there should be ladders to get up to the top bunks. This is the only hostel where I have stayed where that has not been the case and it could be quite dangerous if, say, someone was taken ill in the night.
