| The staff seemed to be really unhappy, if you asked them for help. They didn`t repair toilets, that were out of order and the floors were very dirty.
Maybe every bed should have its own light. That would make it easier for the roommates to find some sleep. (204759) | |||

| The worst parts about the rooms were the low quality mattresses and that the room had only one electrical plug for all 6 people (and it was in a poor location, over one persons bed). The courtyard style was very nice. The staff was quite helpful with booking and recommendations too. (218759) | |||

| Es ist ein beliebter Bezirk für low-budget traveller, daher ist das Umfeld wahrscheinlich nicht so ansehlich wie Port Douglas...aber wenn man Trips gebucht hat, ist man ja eh nur zum Schlafen vor Ort. | Make sure that people sleeping dorm rooms are aware that it is a dorm room and not a private room, so therefore asking individuals who want to play cards at 8.30 in the evening to leave the room because they want to go bed, forcing people to sleep and not allowing people to read at this early time is not fair on the other members of the room.
