| 地理位置非常好！就在海边的小山坡上，可以看到金门大桥，到鱼人码头也近。我住了五晚，只是每天都要让我换房间。大家都礼让。很好！ | ||

| 地点和景色都很好，在一个旧的军事基地里，不过房子挺老了，有天晚上刮大风，有扇窗户的扣不牢靠，被吹开就没法合上了，冻了半宿，还好第二天就修好了 | ||

| have management SIGN their name to this or any survey, always; have the guy upstairs show PRIDE; open the Kitchen earlier, for those who want to eat earlier; (why create yet anohter hassle?);
one mattress I slept on was broken; one storage space quite inaccessible; foreigners will NOT complain for they are timid, or do not speak English; so you will get little critique from them; FIX what you know is wrong; Managers standing around in their dinner jackets at teh sign in counter, s/be friendly to guests and introduce themselves, unless they are shy; if shy, a name tag is MANDATORY, in any case; I am Mister Manager and I am shy! | ||

| Whenever I stay in a hostile, I am surprised that there isn't a ladder on the bunks. I think that climbing over the end of the bed is dangerous and could prohibit some people from enjoying the hostel experience. I reques that HI address this in order to be more inclusive. | ||

| Especially the location was great! When we did the reservation we were uncertain if the hostel was too far away. On the contrary! Everything we wished for were there: great jogging places, bike rental nearby, grocery store, BEAUTIFUL surroundings. And of course Golden Gate ;) Would recommend this before the central San Francisco hostels anytime, especially for the outdoors not partypary type of people. | ||

| This was a very typical hostel - neither spotless nor filthy; free continental breakfast; kitchen (a pretty huge one); lounge and TV areas. The staff were helpful and fine to deal with. I would recommend staying here. The location was pretty ideal in that it was a short walk to transport options and was in a quiet park setting by the water. Only point of recommendation would be that they wash the mattress covers more often as they clearly don't. As you put on a sheet overtop they probably think they don't have to, but they were clearly not clean as mine was tacky to the touch and the girl above me complained hers had a possible blood stain on it. | ||

| WiFi/Internet was available, though it was too slow or didn't work at all. I thought that everyone must keep in mind that when they do not use internet, they should shut it off.
