Pleasantly close to beach and out of town far enough in the pine woods/dunes but near enough to shop. It would have helped to know in advance that the school party disco which started soon after 10pm and was loud enough to shake the bedroom floor was on that night, and also that it would finish before 12. Even with ear plugs it was a bit of Costa Brava experience we hadn't planned for.
