Location is good. Place is clean & comfortable. But staff did not know anything about hostelling international. As a member of hostelling international, we were supposed to get 10% discount on quoted rate but the staff & even the incharge of the place did not fully honoured & did not give the full discount due to us. They were not accepting the fact that we had paid 5% deposit at the time of booking through hihostel website. Infact the incharge started bargaining for the price!!
