In 2011 political, economic and environmental instability provided many global challenges; however, we recorded a steady growth. Overall bookings increased by 2.6%; revenue was up 6.8%; and the overnight figures remained on par with 2010.
Furthermore we made great progress in important areas such as sustainable development, online initiatives and social media strategy.
