Special offer: Free airport transfer to Buenos Aires

If you book 1 night or more at any of the Buenos Aires hostels: Suites Florida (pictured), Suites Obelisco, Suites Palermo or Tango Backpackers, you can enjoy a FREE TRANSFER from Ezeiza International Airport.

The free transfer offer is valid during the whole of 2009. There is also a HI member discount on all return transfers from Buenos Aires hostels to the airport.
The following terms and conditions apply for the FREE TRANSFER from the airport to Buenos Aires:

• You have to book 1 night or more at Hostels Suites Florida, Obelisco, Palermo or Tango Backpackers.
• The free shuttle follows a set timetable. The departure times are: 08:00, 10:30, 13:00, 15:30 or 18:00.
• The drop off points are Hostel Suites Obelisco and Hostel Suites Florida. From the drop off points you can easily take the “subte” (local subway) to Hostel Suites Palermo and Tango Backpackers.
• Book your free transfer by sending an email to shuttle@hostelsuites.com. Bookings must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. Use the same name as you used when you booked the hostel, and please provide us with:
  - Names of all that will take the transfer
  - Date of arrival
  - Flight number
  - Preferred time (on the timetable)
  - Hostel where you have booked your stay.
• A voucher will be sent to you by mail confirming the booking. If you don´t receive it, please email again.

How to find the HI Shuttle at Ezeiza International Airport?

• Look for the “Meeting Point” painted in orange at Terminal A.
• At the time of departure a driver with a red t-shirt and a Hostelling International sign will be waiting for you.
• If anything happens and the shuttle is not there, you can call the emergency local phone. Dial: 011-4325-0969.
• Remember that this is a regular service, so check TIMETABLES and if your plane is late you could wait for the next service.

• The HI Discount is offered if you stay at Hostel Suites Florida, Obelisco, Palermo, Tango Backpackers or Milhouse hostel.
• The price per person for HI Members is 30 AR$.
• Book your transfer to the airport at HI Hostels receptions.
