We recently had frequent No Shows (cancellation without notice) among foreign guests, perhaps due to the appreciation of the yen.
The Manager often has to sit up alone until 12 midnight waiting for the guests because it is a small-scale YH, and it causes a considerable burden.
Please ensure to call in case of cancellation.
