This YH is located just in front of Miyanoura Port which is the gateway of Yakushima Island. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops in the neighborhood and very convenient. Also many major buses are operated. You can also enjoy diving, fishing and marine sports. Facilities include air conditioning, laundry, microwave, refrigerator, TV, free Internet

| fantastic and very friendly staff. very clean and facilities are sufficient. the location just a slow 10 min walk to the port is needless to say, excellent. Walking distance to almost anything you need from supermarket to tourist centre to equipment rentals. | ||

| We stayed 4 nights in April. Very helpful owner who speaks good English. A bit expensive, but so are all the hotels on Yakushima. Close to the ferry port, bus stop and many shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. | ||
