Hütteldorf youth hostel in Wien-Hietzing is surrounded by a 7 acre park and has excellent transport links. By underground the city centre with its trendy clubs, the cathedral and Schönbrunn castle is just a few minutes away. We have a capacity of 296 beds and facilities include our own food court with Viennese and international dishes, Internet bar and pool table – accommodation and entertainment on a budget!

The Youth Hostel Hütteldorf is right on the subway line U4, which brings you in 20 minutes to downtown and in 10 minutes to the Schönbrunn Palace and the Naschmarkt (Vienna’s most popular market). The house itself is situated on the edge of the forest, surrounded by numerous walking and bike trails and a large garden. The unique features and the sensational price make us irresistible to every hostel traveler.
Room and Reception Facilities: We have 60 bright rooms with 2-7 beds in the traditional youth hostel multi-bed rooms style. Some rooms have shower or shower / WC and all have free lockable cabinets. If you do not have your own padlock, you can purchase one at the reception. There our friendly, multilingual staff stays at your disposal 24 hours a day. There you will also find free city maps, timetables and other information for your stay in Vienna.
You can arrive at any time, the rooms are ready after 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can use our free luggage room.
Service facilities: You can watch television via satellite, play pool and tabletop soccer in the lounge, or do your laundry with our own washing machine and dryer. In the small guest kitchen you can prepare simple meals with the microwave and there’s also a kettle and fridge.
We also offer the following at no extra cost: FREE Hearty Buffet-Breakfast FREE Bed linen FREE Internet terminals FREE Wi-Fi FREE Lockers in every room FREE Luggage room (on arrival and departure) FREE City maps FREE Parking

| I loved the location, close to the Lainzer Tiergarten. Great for people who like to walk in the woods. The location of the hostel is very green and has a great garden. It feels like a small village, in stead of a big town.The staff wsas very friendly and helpfull.
For young people who wish to go clubbing, the location might be a bit far from the city center. | ||

| Location is really beautyful, big green park around, plenty of walking- and play-ground. Inside hotel also very good - high rating. Only 1 suggestion concerning breakfast - would be very valuable to extend a little bit offered meals. Saussage, cheese, strawberry jam and nutella are good, but a couple of vegetables or scrambled eggs would be much healthier.
