The Venice hostel is beautifully located in an ancient, refurbished grain store on Guidecca Island in the heart of Venice. Palladian churches, the Doge's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection are all within easy reach. | The worst hostel ever.
Reception not friendly and breakfast is as simple as you can think of
and all the room I have seen is of 12 people unbelievable.
Also, Wifi is not free here.
you cannot recharge battery near your own bed.
and the water bus from station to hostel cost us about half an hour or 40 minutes-- a long way. | ||

| it was a very terrible experience!!!! The bed were so dirty! There was no place for us to put our plug to recharge our camera or cellphone!!My god!!! The lights were all broken!!!! There was no hot shower at the first night!!!! We can't lock our room's door.....that means every body can come into our room every time!!!The stuff was so rude. I would never come to this hostel any more. This was the most terrible hostel i have ever been. I don't recommend any one to rent room from this hostel! | ||

| If the price can include the internet service and change all mattress, that will be wonderful. Also, the location will increase your cost of stay Venice. All in all, it is better than my expectation and a good place to stay in venice. | ||

| The bed was really bad for the back. Would there be ways to put a wood plank under the mattress to have it straight?
On the side of each bed, there is nothing where to put small things we might need for the night (ex: bottle of water) and if we try to put them on the side of the bed, they fall during the night. Would there be ways to have either a small wood table attached to the wall or a kind of pocket done with a net (as in night trains) attached to the wall?
The curtain in the shower was torn.
Some people were extremely noisy in the night, shouting when coming back in the middle of the night. What can be done for that? | ||
