Customer Reviews Valencia - Red Nest Hostel
| 30 Aug 2012 Rodrigo, USA | ||
| This comment is NOT about the hostel but about the website Hihostels.com. They let us booked a hostel in Valencia when the hostel was already full! If it wasn't for the hostel that wrote to me a day before our arrival we would have ended up with no place to stay at all. Hihostels.com never replied to my email asking for an explanation and for a refund on the deposit. DO NOT use this website! |
