The spa resort of Valbella-Lenzerheide lies at the top of the pass between Chur and Tiefencastel. In Winter, it's a ski and Winter-sports area and, in Summer, a centre for activity holidays. The youth hostel is situated in a beautiful location, next to the Stätzerhorn skilift and close to the Heidsee.

| Very clean and modern facility, but extremely expensive for the simplistic/minimalist room and the fact that you have to make your own bed. Towels/internet are not included as is the case at most hostels. Breakfast is good quality. | ||
