| Such a charming old house sitting on top of the hill. We had a lovely stay. Bed was comfortable, staff were eager to help with traveling advice. GREAT morning breakfast. Walls are thin. Would recommend staying here. | ||

| Unfortunately the Vik hostel is just not as good as the other hostels I've stayed at in Iceland. Rooms and kitchen are quite small and not so pleasant. However it's the ony hostel in the area and it's totally worth staying in beautiful Vik, and we did appreciate the free breakfast offered for the occasion of the local festival, it was simply delicious. | ||

| The directions need to be a little clearer, please (I arrived after dark, in a rainstorm and had to phone for directions).
