| they are not honest,
1st They asked us not to use hihostel site for booking, sent me hotels bank AXIS BANK A/C NO ON MOBILE MESSAGE to deposit 3000/- rupees for booking, STILL WE BOOKED
2nd when we reached, they DECLINED GIVING ROOM, tehy said we have messaged hihostel for nonavailability of room.
3rd We almost begged to give room, two rooms were not given to us, we were accommodated in single family room with 5 beds with single small dirty toilet.
4th They still charged 7080 ruppes ( the amount 5% of total bill paid for booking was recharged as service tax of 350 rupees), they were trying to charge 800 rupees more, it is total greediness and lack of honesty.
5th They declined us giving complementary breakfast as per booking offer, but again we had to argue to get ON FIRST DAY, BUT OFFERED BREAD AND TEA ONLY ON SECOND DAY again after arguing.
