ビルが東京都庁の分室を兼ねている為、安全の関係上２３時から午前６時までは自由な出入りが制限されます。
旅舍閉館時間為每日晚上11點到隔日早上6點。(※注意：閉館後將無法自由出入)因為大樓內有東京都廳的辦公室，基於安全上考量，大樓管理員固定於每日晚上11點整關閉大樓，隔日早上6點整開放出入。
이 빌딩은 보안상의 이유로 밤 23시부터 다음 날 새벽 6시까지 출입이 제한됩니다.
