Heshun Township is the most ancient town of the region, 4 KM from Tengchong. This place still holds the tranquility and the simplicity that Lijiang Old Town lost during its development and commercialization in the last decade.
Situated in a traditional local court, Lao Shay YH is the very first YH in the southwest of Yunnan Province. It has the biggest court of the town and it is the only hostel with western toilet (closestool) and internet access.
During the daytime, you will be required to purchase a ticket for entering the town and visiting several tourist spots within it. From 17:00 to 7:00, ticket is NOT required.

| Bus: | Tengchong Coach Station is about 5 KM from Heshun. If you take a taxi from Tengchong Coach Station to Heshun, it will cost 15 RMB during daytime and 20 RMB early in the morning and in the midnight. |

| Parking: | During daytime, parking is restricted to the parking lot outside Heshun Gate. After 17:00, vehicles are allowed to enter the town and you may park your car in our court. |

| Location: | Heshun Old Town is located on the west of Tengchong County. Our hostel is in the east of the town which is the most active and visited area. Enter the town Gate, cross Shuanghong Bridge; when you see Heshun Municipal Library, turn left; go down the stone pavements for about 180 M; you will see our hostel beside a banyan tree. |
