youth hostel with watersports facilities on the Pirk reservoir
Taltitz is part of the municipality of Oelsnitz at the centre of the Vogtland region. DJH Saxony’s first water sports youth hostel at the Pirk reservoir is located in an old manor (1729 AD) within a large conservation area. The reservoir supplies the whole region with water and offers exciting water sports activities. Thanks to good transport links and a great location the hostel is easily accessible. The long distance walk from Eisenach to Budapest runs right past the hostel.
People of 27 years or over pay a surcharge of €3.50 per night.
Surcharge for single and twin rooms p. p. p. n. (subject to availability): Single €10, twin €4 (doesn’t apply to group guides).
Discount for children: Up to 2 years free of charge, 3 – 13 years 30% discount.
Group discount: For a group of 20 paying customers another one totally free (accommodation, sheets and meals at the YH).
