| I found a sock, a wine cork and a empty water bottle in our room which did not belong to us! The showers and the toilets were not very clean and the ladies showers smelt so badly, it made you feel sick. We then used the male showers which had mould growing across the ceiling.
The beds were really comfy though!

| This hostel is more like a cheap hotel; there is no real hostel/backpackers atmosphere but the facilities and rooms are good. | ||

| The staff was friendly, but they were not very helpful in giving info about buses or transport from/to the hostel or other basic info for tourist such as food places or attractions. Apart from that it was a good place for the value. | ||

| Very friendly staff, I read negative comments about them before I got there, nothing could be further from the truth, the 3 ladies I met were fantastic, give them a smile & you will get one back. | ||

| The staff were very helpful, going above and beyond what we would have expected by calling cabs for us, printing things for us etc. They also accommodated a request for us to switch rooms with no issues whatsoever.
My only comment would be that the communal kitchen was quite dirty, and this was probably due to other guests rather than the hostel itself or the staff. The location was an easy walk to old town.
