TTJIYH (TaiTung Jilin International Youth Hostel) offers non-smoking clean rooms at a decent price, each with a capacity of 3~5 people.
YH-beds in Room301 and Room302 is TWD$450 per person (YH members only). Room 202 is a double bed room for up to 3 people.
It is close to Taitung towncentre, Jhihben hotspring, and Fugang Harbour, where you can take a ship to the Green Island and Orchid Island. It is therefore quite convenient to get to tourist attractions along Tai 9 or Tai 11 highways from TTJIYH.
If you need motor vehicles, we suggest that you hire a car or a scooter from car rentals near Taitung Train Station. (Please see our contract car rentals. Customers of TTJIYH are entitled to certain discounts.)
TTJIYH is a perfect choice for backpackers and self-service travellers. It features simplicity and provides cozy and clean rooms at economical prices. Friendly, harmless pets are also welcome.
