Staff are very business-like. Western Europeans may interpret that as unfriendly. The hostel guidelines specify "Dead hours obligate 2200-0600" but the girls in my dorm certainly did not respect that. I realize this is not the hostels fault. Otherwise it is a very comfortable place and excellent value for money.

I sleep in the 6 people dorm, but there were just 2 people stay in the room. the room and the bathroom are clean and spacious. but the kitchen is too little cutlery, they just have 2 or 3 spoons, and no fork.

They only offer one key for the 8 bed dormitory. It has to be shared. To make it worse, they only operate the reception till 11 PM, which means, you have to be inside the hostel before 11 PM. The hostel staff was quite arrogant while explaining this stuff to me.

In general Cuma is very nice and clean place to stay, but if you like cooking better search for another place. They actually have quite a big and clean kitchen but the equiptment is pretty bad. But otherwise its definitely worth a stay.

Staff wasn't very friendly, location wasn't good, annoying showers and a curfew.

The staff was friendly, but a bit overbearing. There is no safe box in the room, just on the hallway. The location is a bit far from the center, and the explanations given on the site did not help at all! The price does not include sheats, and the showers do not really offer enough privacy.
