| This is a nice hostel well situated in Maastricht. Staff was friendly but service was rather poor. It seemed the person at the counter did not really know how to work with the computer system so it really took a long time to get a 2nd day reservation when we asked for it. Also the other day many people were waiting in queue in front of the desk and only one person was at the counter where 2 other colleagues were 'hiding' in the back office doing other stuff. So you just have to be patient. Morning breakfast buffet was okay. The rooms are clean and have a shower and toilet. | ||
