Facilities include: 536 beds divided over 2-, 4- and 6-bedded rooms and some large dormitories. All rooms have shower, toilet and washbasin. Wheelchair access is available in 3 of the rooms. You will also find in the hostel; Free WiFi access, laundrette, bike shelter, pool table, tourist info and discount tickets, lockers and safes. The hostel has no curfews. For the lockers in the rooms you can bring your own padlock or buy one at the reception. Check in from 7.30 AM, rooms available from 2 PM.

| This is a fantastic hostel, close to everything and if you need to get farther the trolley, bus, rickshaws, bikes and trains are close. I am currently on Terscelling island and there is also a STAYOKAY up here in a spectacular location!!!!! Hostel response: | ||

| Really expensive cause I stayed over Queens day. Fair enough but booking so far in advance you would expect a little cheaper!
The young guy on reception was really rude. While I was checking in with the lady there was an Italian guy checking in also at the same time. He wasn't very confident with English and I offered to translate if there was anything he didn't understand. The male receptionist very rudely told me to Shh and that the other guest MUST practice his English. I am not sure why it is essential that the Italian guest MUST practice his English in a Dutch speaking country. It also created a really bad first impression of the staff there. If I am going out of my way to help another guest I should not be told to be quiet especially as there were things he clearly didn't understand.... Hostel response: | ||

| I loved the hostel, and it's location was really perfect for seeing the city. Staff were very helpful in getting tickets, renting bike, giving advice about getting around etc. Only problem was the inability to use the elevator in the morning to heft a 20 kg bag down for flights of stairs!
