| The staff didn't want to apply the special offer with the Skipass included as advertised everywhere by St. Moritz tourist office and made us pay more saying that was a special package and other silly things (appart from losing time arguing with them to get the skipasses). They should clarify the offer or not participate if they don't like it, but not try to cheat people.
Later on they make us lose a lot of time in order to pay because they weren't able to make the bills efficiently...

| Great hostel, impeccably clean and maintained, great facilities incl. parking, coin operated laundry, ski room and even ski waxing room and very family friendly, super location.
The whole things however is ruined by the lack of facilities to make your own food. This becomes an issue considering that the hostel serves expensive German inspired fast food of very low quality (tried twice).
The management does not want people bringing their own food to sit in the common dinning room. Made us and others we talked to feel like we were being pressed to buy their junk, and this does not fit with their efforts to be ecological.
