| A very good idea to use university accommodation as a youth hostel in the long vacation. Could extend it to many other universities too. | ||

| Absolutely brilliant, not perfect due to morning reception staff. I was standing at reception waiting to hand my keys in and the young girl was staring at her computer screen trying as hard as possible not to make eye contact with me - not good. All other staff were all perfect! | ||

| We liked the accommodation. However, we found the mattress too soft/poor quality, and no good for two people, as you roll into the middle. Probably ok for a single student during term-time, but not really good enough for a 'double room' over the holiday period. Breakfast was good. We had dinner once - found the portion sizes very meagre, for what was being charged, and it was just like student hall food, i.e. ok, but nothing special. However, we hadn't been planning to have dinner there anyway, so that is a side issue. On the whole, we preferred 'New Hall' to 'David Russell' - better location, more like a hotel than a dorm, and it was great to have the bar at night, when you got back, unlike D.R. | ||
