THE GREEN KEY

This hostel is not yet bookable online here. Please contact the hostel directly to make a booking.

The historic pastel-coloured buildings, cafes and delightful cobblestone streets give the fishing town of Simrishamn a southern atmosphere.

The beautifully decorated old doors gracing many of the buildings have earned the town its nickname: ‘The City of Doors’.

The hostel was built at the beginning of the 1950’s, when it served as accommodation for hospital staff. Today it offers calm and peaceful accommodation in double bedrooms, each with their own toilet. The hostel is within walking distance to the town centre, harbour and restaurants, and all the wonders of the Österlen region are close by, summer and winter. Experience Kåsaberga’s breathtaking mountain views and the rolling countryside of Brösarp. During spring, summer and autumn there’s an abundance of outdoor activities, art, music and theatre. Golfers are well served with plenty of courses to choose from near the hostel.
