| I did not used this hotel because they don't have mixed (coed) rooms. | ||

| I would have booked the neighbouring Suzhou rd. branch, but you cant book it online one day before! (I dont want to call for reservation and spell my name...)
The beds were really hard sleepers :o
Checking in and out was a bit slow, they should have better systems and less handwriting.
AFter 9am there wasnt much left of the breakfast and it was cold.
Internet at the room worked well, but all three computers were broken the time i would have used them.
No metro maps at hand, and subway station not very near.
Window faced to the opposite building wall.

| What a fantastic location! My friends and I did a lot of walking around the area to see a bunch of Shanghai's most popular sites - Yuyuan Garden, People's Square, the Bund (!!) and East Nanjing Road. | ||

| I had a room with private facilities which appeared good but due to incredibly loud noise from airconditioning I had no sleep at all. A very pleasant male receptionist came to look at room and agreed it was extremely noisy and said he would have me moved to a quiet room. When I was shown one it was just as noisy so I moved to a hotel | ||

| made an Internet-reservation and upon arrival nobody had ever heard about me. They obviously never check their reservation-system. Then they gave me a computer to check my reservation number... the computer didn't work. Then they checked me in for one night instead of three which I had asked for... result: a lot of problems to deal with the next day... | ||
