Located at the edge of the forest on the banks of the Isère river, the hostel is on a magical site in the heart of the Haute Tarentaise Olympic Area. This charming chalet built in the mountain architectural style is equipped with multi-bedded rooms and special family rooms in a reserved area equipped with showers and toilets. You will love the ski equipment rental made easy by the hostel and the pleasant lounge with a fireplace in the evening after a delicious Savoyard meal.
Ski area Enjoy the fresh air, wide open spaces and unlimited winter sports! The Les Arcs / Peisey-Vallandry ski area will delight you with the diversity of its slopes and it exceptional snow coverage. Beginners and seasoned skiers can zoom down some of the longest slopes in Europe (7 km). Blue, red and black slopes, a snowpark with a half-pipe, a boardercross, an Olympic slope for speed skiing… There is something for everyone!
The Slopes 1,200 m / 3,226 m Downhill skiing – Free shuttle from the hostel to the cable-car (morning, midday, afternoon) Les Arcs / Peisey-Vallandry ski area, 106 slopes (200 km) including 19 black, 32 red, 54 blue, 1 green. Cross-country skiing 44 km of trails (included in the downhill skiing pass).

| Nice hostel bar. Beautiful woodland setting. Occasional free bus service if not arriving by car (2 in the morning, 1 at lunchtime and 2 in the evening, linking hostel to Séez village and Bourg St Maurice town); otherwise 10 minute walk to main road for regular buses (not free) or 25 mins walk to Séez village. Often booked out by groups in winter (ski season) and a 1 week stay with half-board is necessary (Saturday to Saturday), but in late ski season (e.g. April) there is usually plenty of space. | ||
