We have bedrooms for 1-4 people, while the toilets and showers are in a separate building. Our guests have the possibility to rent the sauna, do their laundry and use the internet-connected computer or WiFi.
Winter rooms (1.9 - 30.5) are equipped with kitchen, toilet, shower,WLAN and TV.
Oravi is surrounded by excellent paddling, rowing and fishing waters. Guests can also take part in guided fishing and paddling trips. Fishing is also possible in winter, when the options are ice-fishing or fishing with winter nets or traps. May and June offer the best opportunities for catching a glimpse of the Saimaa ringed seal and you can also go on an organised seal watching tour. There is a village shop, a restaurant and a guest boat harbour close to the hostel.
The hostel has rowing boats, motor boats, canoes, kayaks and camping equipment for hire. Also winter time camping and hiking equipment is available. The hostel is well suited for groups and school trips.
