| Nice hotel in a nice location, mosques nearby for those who want to pray their daily prayers. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Tram connection 3 minutes away from which one can travel through the city.
I would recommend this hotel.

| It is not a hostel, it's a hotel. So if you're looking for the social scene of a hostel, pick another place. There's no real common areas or customer kitchen. Breakfast (3€) was ok. Laundry can9t be done in ˝self-service˝, it costs you 10 euros. I don't know if HI membership card is supposed to benefit you in some way, in this place they couldn't have cared less for the membership.:( | ||

| Three complaints: 1. During check in, the two reception employees repeatedly ignored me as I tried to ask questions regarding WIFI access, tourism recommendations, etc.; 2. On my first morning, I asked what type of food was served for breakfast, and the reception employee answered, "There is table." It was difficult to understand what she meant by this, so I asked again what type of food. This time she got angry and yelled, "There is table!" She was trying to say the food is served buffet style on a table, which is fine. But her tantrum was unpleasant; 3. The floor of my room and the sheets on my bed were full of hair... nasty. | ||
