The Hostel of Björkfors is located in beautiful nature, where you can enjoy the tranquillity, hospitality and a homely atmosphere. Here you will find a lovely venue in the scenic Björkfors, the treasure of Kindabygden.
The hostel is situated between the lakes of Björken and Åsunden. The building dates from 1853 and was a school for local children for many years before is became a hostel. Inside we have a cosy atmosphere and outside, we have a nice garden with a fireplace.
Åsunden has direct access to the Kinda Canal and is ideal for canoe trips and nature around the hostel, inviting those for cycling and hiking. Many nature reserves in the surrounding area are well worth discovering.
Breakfast is available for an extra fee.
