Welcome to DANHOSTEL Rudbøl, placed in the center of the town, and close to "the strangest border in Europe". The hostels is placed near a nature reserve area with birdlife, close to the Rudbøl Lake and the Vidå, (a stream). The area are offering a variation of places to go sightseeing, either by bike to "Højer Sluse", "Møgeltønder", "Nolde Museum" or by car to the island of Rømø, Sild or Mandø. The hostel and the Village Hall can be rented for Family Reunion as well as Office parties.

We were overall satisfied with our stay at Rudbol. Everything was just right as is standard in Youth Hostels these days, and especially the breakfast was generous and nicely presented. We were not too impressed though with the security of the bike lockup facility, which was a freestanding structure that could not be locked.
