Staffless hostel, clean, roomy, but a little overpriced, I think.

The hostel's service is given at about 500m away in another hotel. Hotel itself is clean, quite, and almost without places to socialize.

very impersonal. you have to go to the reception of another hotel first. and it's a long way walking with luggage and back.

Calm, clean and comfortable hostel in the city center with private bathroom and big rooms. The only disadvantage was small kitchen.

My girlfriend and I (26 and 20yo) stayed there for two different nights. Even if you have to check-in a the Santa Claus Hostel, staying in Hostel Rudolf is very convenient. Only five minutes walk from town center. Close from both train and bus stations (about 15minutes). The place may be a bit "cold" and we didn't happen to meet a lot of people there and the one we met were not the friendliest ones, but that's not because of the hostel, is it?! I'd definetely go back there if I needed to. The price is OK for the country but I think it could be a few euros cheaper.

It´s not the cheapest of hostels and when you pay 40euros a night, you expect cleanliness, the matress had lots of dirty stains on it and even the sheets were not clean; they were washed, but also had stains. The window covers didn´t completely close, which ´was quite annoying with the midnight sun keeping you awake. No personnel in the hostel, you have to check in at santa hotel (friendly staff), but nowhere to send your immediate complaints at the hostel. All in all it was ok (if you´re not too fond on hygiene anyway) but it is too expensive for what you get!!

The value for money is low because I consider the very poor and small kitchens and dining rooms
