Customer Reviews Rothenburg ob der Tauber

| Despite there being empty rooms everywhere, they insisted upon cramming as many people into one room as possible. Although they offer free wifi, it is only available in the lobby, and there is nowhere to sit in the lobby except the floor. There is no kitchen for travellers to prepare their own meals. | ||

| Room was nice and big. Common area was huge. Breakfast was also huge & delicious! Wifi only worked in the lobby...not the rooms or even the breakfast area. It was kind of annoying to sit on the cold lobby floor to check you email! But that was our only complaint! The city is great, the area of the hostel is beautiful for walking and picnics, and the hostel itself was wonderful. The staff were really helpful...especially when the laundry machine blew a breaker and the had to reset it to get power back to the top floor! The man at the desk was super speedy at fixing the problem! | ||

| The hostel was nice, location was great, but in the middle of the night all we could hear was the other people in the hostels stumbling in at one in the morning. They just need to stress the fact that if you come back late you need to be quiet. | ||

| A very nice hostel in a great location within the Walls of Rothenburg. Good amenities and service as well as friendly staff. | ||

| Your night staff was extremely rude. The internet went out for the night and he refused to do anything to fix the problem. He was lazy and uncooperative. All he said was, you'll just have to wait. FYI, reseting the router generally fixes those types of problems. | ||

| Good hostel with good breakfast and supper. This hostel has large groups of school kids aged about 8 to 18 however they put adults in rooms away from the kids so noise wasn't a problem. | ||
