Wifi went out for a day which was inconvenient but they connected us to another hotels wifi. Rooms were too hot to sleep well but that's mainly due to no air conditioning when it was hot out. Staff was extremely friendly.

Having to pay for breakfast was a disappointment- out of the many HI hostels I stayed at during my time in Italy, this was the only one that charged. Besides that, great location, very clean, and decent price for a Hostel 2 blocks from Rome's train station.

Nice hostel. For the price is ok. I didn't like that the duvet is not covered with any cover, so it was nasty! Anyway the staff is friendly and is a nice place to meet people.

Nice hostel, close to Termini station. Staff was very friendly. The only thing to complain about was the missing paper towels in the bathroom on 5th floor.

We had a six bed family room just outside the front desk. This would normally not be a problem for us, but unfortunately they never enforced any noise curfew. They also encouraged and invited young women to come to a party several nights a week. The combination of these two poor practices led to loud carrying on in the front desk area several nights. This continued even when I went out and ask the front desk attendant to help keep things down, since we had scheduled early tours the next days. The night attendant at the desk seemed to think it was my problem, not his, so I was forced to ask the partyers to lower their voices myself. I found this aggravating and would never stay there again, nor do I recommend families to stay there in that atmosphere.

Fair hostel. NOTE YOU CANNOT COOK THERE, THERE IS NOT EVEN A MICROWAVE. Was told that the lack of stove is because of previous fires which I understand, but cannot get why not even microwave. Otherwise a fair stay.
