Not many people have ever heard of Richterswil but anyone discovering the little town on Lake Zurich will doubtlessly have fond memories of their stay in the youth hostel. The recently converted building is situated right on the lake, in a beautiful extensive park. This former silk factory is a perfect place for sports holidays, conferences and events of all kinds.
Regardless of whether you want to stay just one night or several days, you will find a little holiday paradise at the Horn. Water babies can go swimming, rowing, windsurfing and diving virtually outside the door. You can take a cruise on the boats of Lake Zurich. Lovers of art and culture will make their way to Einsiedeln, an important place of pilgrimage with an impressive Benedictine monastery. Globetrotters will value its proximity to the lively metropolis of Zurich, and yet enjoy the opportunity to relax after an exhausting day in the city.

| In an excellent location in a lovely little town, which has all your everyday needs. Only a short train ride out of Zurich, although beautiful area that you could spend your time there. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, all facilities good and clean. Breakfast was also easy, not over crowded and enjoyable. | ||

| the power jack for recharge our 4 persons equipments is not enough, I hope it can be improved, only 2 in one room, and the churche's bell also noisy for every 15 minutes, train's noise, we prefer live in the other side's room as face to lake. Sorry for bother them what I captured photo in kitchen. | ||

| チューリッヒからは電車で30分ほどかかりますが、24時間チケット買えば後の観光にも使えるし、何より電車降りて駅のすぐそばで湖の眺めも最高だったのがよかったです。
お部屋もとても快適で清潔、スタッフもとても親切で気持ちの良い滞在でした。
チケットのプリントアウトもしてくれました。
