一年前に開館したばかりのユースホステルReykyavik Downtownは､今や世界的に最も推薦されるHI-ホステルの一つです。 Reykyavikの中心地に位置し､古い港のすぐ近く､ショッピング街からも徒歩で僅かな距離､そして多くの文化的なオファーも徒歩の範囲にあります。
旧市街の改装された建物にあるホステルは､モダーンで快適な宿泊設備を提供します。 広い共同室は4-10人までの宿泊室で､ロッカー付き､家族用の部屋は､5人まで､ダブルルームは一部バス付きです。 部屋によっては古い港､Reikyavik湾とEsja山の素晴らしい眺望を楽しむことができます。 サーヴィスにはWLAN(無料)､レセプションのゲスト用コンピューター､カフェ､TV､キッチン､ラウンジ等。 ホステルは､インフォーメーションセンターの機能もあり､アドヴァイスや予約､バス乗車券､レンタカー､トランスファーサーヴィス等も行います。
ホステルは一年中､24時間開館し､14時以降はいつでもチェックインできます。Reykyavik空港から/までのFlyBusはは総てのフライトに合わせて運行します。

The hostel facilities include Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and lounges, free computer access, book exchange, a coffee bar and a fully equipped kitchen and lounge. Free luggage storage during stay and long term storage on request. Our mostly organic breakfast buffet is a good start to the day. Free movie nights and music events are hosted in the lobby on a regular basis.
Reykjavík Downtown hostel boasts spacious 4 and 10 bed dorms, all with lockers included, family rooms that accommodate up to 5 persons, and double rooms with shared or private facilities. All double rooms come with linen included. Female only dorms and single rooms are available upon request.
The hostel team is happy to give local advice on services and attractions and arrange your tours for free; car rentals with free pick up, bike rental and all local transport. Great specials and package deals available.

| バス: | Two different bus types operating in Iceland. The first are the local city buses, called Stræto. The reach some of the outer suburbs and all the way to Selfoss and Akranes. The schedules and routes can be found on www.bus.is The latter are more like tour buses and are operated by various companies to most corners of the country.
