-sometimes it's noisy during the night along the corridor -don't understand why there is an hour of 10min shut down as there is no english explanation -a black lady in the kitchen asked me to classify the food tray items and put them into different cleaning trays. I don't understand why I need to do this

small rooms and if you have a shower you will form a lake under the washbasin. After this, it is still good value for money: breakfast is included!

One of the toilets lacked a toilet seat... There are issues with several of the toilets: Paper towels or dryers not working properly, no soap available, etc. However, the showers are good.

Good hostel, but the one-key-per-room thing is a very annoying security feature. I saw more than one unfortunate traveller unable to get into their room because their roommates had absconded with the key. Not sure why you can't access the rooms for four hours each day - there was chewing gum stuck to the wall right next to my bed the whole time I was there, so they obviously weren't getting cleaned during that time. Location was good - very convenient for the old town. An onsite cafeteria was advertised but wasn't actually open - if it's only available in summer they should say so!

it's really nice to be a city hostel. Some double bed rooms are very nice and confortable, with showers. I didn't like the kitchen, but it depends from the need of it sbd has

Staff friendly and helpful. Not the best hostel I've stayed in ever, but I certainly didn't mind paying 20€/night. If you're carrying heavy luggage, it's a little bit impractical as even getting the bus right to the hostel, it's quite difficult as buses are often busy. Overall though, it was a good hostel, and I'd stay again
