| the room neighbor has been loud all night. i will never resort to staying in a room with different people, because there is the risk of not getting any sleep. the room was also very very cold. | ||

| There's no hot water supply on the 1st night,I turned on the tap & wait for more than 5 mins.I went to the reception & asked for help.He said he can do NOTHING and asked me to use another shower.Of coz the situation was the same.Then,he went to another shower room with me & tested the hot water.After 15 mins,there’s warm water coming out finally. He left & I started my shower.The water was cold again!I took a cold shower.2nd day I approached the staff & told her the problem. *5ppl also encountered the same problem!*She replied "coz of the "Heizung"(heater for water)is located on the other side,it take a long way from "Heizung"to the shower.You have to try it again & again!"Well,I am also a hotelier.It's totally unacceptable.I tell myself not to expect too much in hostel.But why I have to book a hostel?Coz I need a bed and of course a hot shower, that's it! Facility is not a big deal for me.Luckily, there's HOT water supply on the 2nd night. | ||
