| Loved the place, easy to find and great location to Medina, beach area and shops. Rated security as fair as did not have lockers but feel sure no intruders could access the hostel so all good. | ||

| It's an ok hostel, I wouldn't stay again if I were in Rabat though. The men's washroom/showers were disgusting and beyond dated, and smelled. I don't know if they get cleaned often. Also, bring your own toilet paper and internet. No plugs in the rooms either. | ||

| a true riad with a beautiful garden but it's not a place for a modern hostel, with its 3 big dorms of 16 beds in 50 m2.Poor security because all the doors, included that on the street, are open all long the day; probably is better to close that on the street with the key.Staff is very kind and helpful.Showers aren't always warms.Best solution is to built a new modern hostel near the same, good location and to employ the same staff.Ask sheets at the reception. No breakfast.Good wifi | ||

| Charged more per night by booking online than turning up on the day. It said fully booked online, but plenty of room and I arrived during Aid. Very clean and comfortable and helpful staff (only French speaking though), but no 'extras' e.g. computers and very limited kitchen. | ||

| The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The location couldn't be better. The floor and bathroom was clean, the the beds could use some hard cleaning. It was a good value for the money | ||

| The Youth Hostel in Rabat was one of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed. There were tons of bugs everywhere, most alarmingly, large cockroaches in the bathrooms, kitchen and terrace that hostel staff refused to kill, get rid of, or otherwise acknowledge. The security is a joke; we are traveling with laptops, but there were no lockers on the premises and when staff offered to hold on to valuables, it turned out they had merely put them on a shelf behind reception (which anyone could access) instead of in a safe which we clearly saw was available. To make matters worse, staff were unhelpful and unfriendly to the point of being alienating. We didn’t mind the standard 11 pm curfew, but staff turned out all lights in COMMON AREAS promptly at midnight, making it difficult to socialize with others or get work done. Would NOT (underlined, bold) recommend this place to anyone, ever. Run. Stay anywhere else but here. | ||

| Positives: Great location, fairly friendly staff
Negatives: Have to pay for toilet paper, no lockers, staff don't really speak English, lack of local area information in English | ||
