| Bus: | Closest drop off point is 0.4km from hotel on Penang Road, just infront of the 7-11 store. KOMTAR bus station is 0.8km from the hotel. |

| Sea port: | 5 minutes walk to the ferry terminal and take ferry across. Taxis are easily available on the island site |
| Location: | Located near the city center. We are only 300meters from Chulia Street and the Indian restaurant 'Passages to India'. We are located near most of the UNESCO World Heritage sites. Public bus stop are just a few minutes walk away. |
| Airport: | From airport take the Airport Taxi which operates a coupon system. Get the coupon from the counter which is located in front of the exit door of the arrival hall. The fare is RM 42.00. The ride to the hotel will be not more than 30 minutes. Airport Bus to the city is available with RapidPenang. Bus which depart just outside the airport departure hall.. Frequency: Every 30 min. Good choice for those not in a hurry to the city. Get off at KOMTAR, the tallest buildin on the island. |

| More of a budget hotel than hostel. No real communal area but great place to stay with friendly staff and easy walk to UNWSCO Georgetown. Also nice to have breakfast included. Thanks for a great stay. | ||

having said that the rates charged are marginally (10-30%) higher than similar acco in the locality, so do not know if its going here again
address on website can be more detailed.. esp, since it is slightly in an inside road - adding 'near Caltex pump on Transfer road' can be immensely useful
dont know what they achieve by not providing the remotes for the air-con & television - can be quite an irritating thing, esp when you have to get up in the middle of the night to switch off the air-con | ||

| Male check in clerk was very helpful with hints and where to eat and places to go. He was very friendly. The domestic staff was ever so helpful. They turned the AC on for me and showed me where the bedside lights switches. The bed spread could could stand an upgrade. Breakfast was ok, no wholemeal bread was available could improved with a variety of tropical fruits. All in all I was happy with my stay. The roof top is the highlight with views of the city and quiet. | ||
