Hostelling International Bolivia would like to introduce HI-Hostel Tamengo Resort as a paradise and the perfect place to have a break during your travels. A resort with style, backpackers atmosphere. The perfect combination!

Surrounded by palm trees and jatata palm cabins you will be able to relax on a hammock by the huge swimming pool. Come and enjoy the best views of Pantanal and Corumbá from Bolivia. The perfect place to rest and relax watching toucans, eagles and other birds in the region.

Our restaurant and grill will serve you from breakfast to dinner, as well as our elegant bar with its delicious tropical cocktails.

Our garden provides vegetables and fruits that go directly to our salads and juices. We also bake our own bread.

Bilingual and very friendly staff willing to help you with everything you may need.

ADVICE: Do not believe everything the tourist agencies in Corumba or suspicious sellers tell you! Yes, you can stay in Quijarro. Yes, you can buy your train ticket by yourself (or we can get it for you FREE of charge). Do not spend money in commisions and pay for one night accmmodation in Tamengo for the same price. If you can cross the border (in case it is closed) without a stamp on your passport, you just go back the following day when it is open and that´s it. STAY IN TAMENGO, IT IS MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL AND CHEAPER!!
