Pingyao ancient city is a world cultural heritage site. Within the cities ancient walls, Zhengjia Hostel is one of the most important ancient buildings which makes up this unique city. It is the home of more than 200 years of history. We can trace it back to the emperor Qianlong (1736-1795) and his fifty year reign. The hostel is a perfect example of the masterwork of the Qing dynasty. Centred around a four sided courtyard, from which the wooden corridors lead you to the comfort of your room. An array of ancient furniture and antiques in your room bring you back to days gone by. The ornate painting and carpentry gives the hostel a touch of class.

Our accommodation are mainly standard room. We have couple rooms, family suite rooms and deluxe twin and triple rooms. All dormitories have private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with - air conditioning - internet sockets (free of charge) - hot water (24 hours) - private bathroom Wireless internet access in the lobby area and in some rooms as well. Our rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet.
