| With a few parking spaces and near to the metro, this hostel worked very well for our needs. | ||

| The Hostel was too far from the main atractions in Paris, even being just one station before get into the city. The people in the neighborhood didn´t look very nice and sometimes you can feel unsafe. The breakfast is horrible. The rooms are small for 4 people. There are no lockers, just paying and they are small. The good things werer that the woman at the reception were very nice and they had a great and cheap lan house next to the hostel. | ||

Gracias. | ||

| I feel the night reception should have had 2 people instead of 1, I was uncertain how to get to the hostel, the staff when did answer had limited english and couldn't give directions and then later didn't answer phone because was busy at the desk I felt quite concerned for my safety and it was raining and couldn't talk to my accommodation. The level of English spoken by night staff needs to improve as many travellers from Asia and elsewhere even Spain having much difficulty in understanding what night staff where saying and staff getting surly because they were not being understood. | ||

| The wifi internet access was expensive and the cheapest card was a 4-hour long card. | ||

| I stayed there for 2 nights. They changed my room on second days without any ask or notification. I spoke to the receptionist for other information in the morning, he didn't mention anything. Then when I came back in the evening, my stuff was not in my room and my shampoo was disappeared. I found my stuff in the reception on the ground. They only told me they need change my room because a group moved in and they didn't feel sorry about this. I would not mind if they told me in advanced or text me by mobile at least. It's very awful and rude. | ||

| Showers and doors make noise in the morning. So we were awake early.
We had a family room, this had no toilet, with our young doughters, a toilet for us would have been nice. (we had this in Copenhagen and Rotterdam) | ||
