Here’s the place to be whether you’re a walker, a cyclist, a history buff interested in Roman history and archaeology, or just looking for a relaxing break. Set on the Pennine Way in the rolling Northumberland countryside, stay a few hundred metres away from the most spectacular section of Hadrian’s Wall. YHA Once Brewed is within walking distance of Vindolanda Roman excavations, and Housesteads, Britain’s most complete Roman fort.

| Only ladies toilet on my floor. Did not seem to understand HI bookings. Sent me e-mail for "lost" key which I left at reception on way out No one present of course 8.00a.m. took 20 minutes to book me in on arrival. Dont think I will be back. | ||
