Founded in 1960, Jinshan Youth Activity Center is the first activity center established by China Youth Corps. Situated at the mid-point of the northern coast of Taiwan, beach, sun and woods are the natural views around the Center. You may enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities on the beach, in the woods, as well as on the campsites.
What we offer includes a camp ground accommodating 1,500 people, a barbecue field for 800 people, dining services for 700 people, meeting rooms, performance studio, paint ball shooting ground and adventure education fields. With these great features, this Center has been not only one of the most important scenic destinations, but also a first-picked facility for recreational and educational training purposes in Northern Taiwan.
Another special feature of this Center is the biggest hot spring gym in South East Asia. Inducted from Dutunshan, the spring water contains acid sulfate chloride, which is said to good to health.The gym is divided into outdoor pools and indoor gym and consists of rehabilitating pool, bubble pool, vertex pool and infrared pool, providing you effective hydrotherapy.
Food court on the 1st floor offers local delicacies to wrap up your perfect spa tour.
The famous Jinshan Old Street and Jinshan Eight Wonders are the attractions you must visit. Come and find out their great charms.

| Bus: | (A) From Taipei main station, you can walk to GuoGuang Bus A Station, to take GuoGuang Bus (no.1315, Taipei <=> Jinshan Youth Activity Center), it need almost 1.5 hours. A person NT$125. Get off at the last station."Jinshan Youth Activity Center". (B) From MRT Tamsui Station, you can take Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Bus (Crown Northern Coastline), it need almost 80 min. A person NT$100. Then get off at "Shitou Mountain Park". Follow road up the hill, Jinshan Youth Activity Center is in 12 min walkin distance. |

| Overall is fine and there is free for spa but just a bit far away from Taipei city. I still strongly recommend this hostel to anybody who is planning to travel northern cost because it is very convenient for them to go to Yeliu, Keelung...

| Sadly my online booking using HiHostel was not received by the hostel. It was at night time and they cannot confirm my booking, yet they provided us a room first for the night and confirmed us the booking on the next day. They also provided a room which is near the main building instead of a far away house. Overall it is a great stay. | ||
